The kingdom mandate is to make disciples of all nations.

The goal of discipleship is to grow up into Him in all things, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.

Jesus has commanded us to heal the sick, cast out demons, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers etc and to preach the good news of the Kingdom of God.

Jesus never sent anyone out who also was not given power of God to perform the works of God as stated above.
