Daniel was born in India to a Hindu family (as Mahesh).

 

As a child his life was a struggle with health issues and he was a victim of witchcraft. In 2004, He had to drop out of Engineering College due to health issues. On September 9th, 2008 he was diagnosed with jaundice. He used diverse medicines but with no effect, at last his condition was that he reduced to skin and bones lying on death bed.

 

In the fourth month of illness, December 2008, his aunt shared about Jesus and told Daniel to seek Jesus for healing. Lying on the bed, out of desperation he prayed "JESUS HEAL ME", he instantly fell asleep and the next morning he woke up in perfect health and completely healed.

 

On August 13th, 2009 he accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior, was water baptized, and after one year received Holy Spirit baptism with the evidence of speaking in tongues and the Lord spoke the following to him through a Prophet: "You will be a teacher of great knowledge and wisdom in My Word and Life. The learned will learn from you. I will reveal unto you the mysteries of My Word, and you will take it to the nations. You will stand before men of might and proclaim My Word, and My Glory and Essence will be made manifest. My Word through you will cut deeply into the hearts of Men and Women - you will have place of honor".

 

Ever since he was healed, he ardently taught and made disciples and these signs followed him: healing, deliverance from spirits, words of knowledge, prophecy and the same manifestation of the Spirit of God was evident in his disciples. He got fresh admission into Engineering (2009) and graduated in the year 2013. He received Biblical education from Andrew Wommack's Charis Bible College and Curry Blake's Dominion Bible Institute, where his fee was supernaturally provided by God. He was faithful to the revelation he received by proclaiming the now revealed mystery of the indwelling Christ to whoever would give heed and saw people set free in spiritual, emotional and physical realms.

 

He met his wife Srujana at the Charis Bible College and the Lord brought them together to serve Him. Srujana is a prophet, teacher of God's Word and a very effective counselor. She shares the same heart, mind and vision as Daniel. Together they founded the ministry THE CHRIST AWAKENING.

 

The following passage from the scripture describes what Daniel and Srujana are doing : "I became a minister according to the administration of having been given me toward you, to complete the Word of God, the mystery having been hidden from the ages and from the generations, but now having been manifested to His saints to whom God has willed to make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you the hope of glory, whom we preach, admonishing every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, so that we may present every man perfect in Christ. Unto this also I toil, striving according to His energy, working in me in power". [Colossians 1:25-29]
